- Evidence-based practices including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)
- Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Motivational Interviewing
- Short-Term Therapy (6-12 sessions) is available
I work strengths-based and will work collaboratively with you to develop a plan based on your specific goals. If I cannot help you, I will refer you to other resources.
